Biscuit chocolate roll - recipe (including photos)

Very easy, fast and you don't need an oven.

Ingredients:
  • 350 grams of simple biscuits
  • 50-100 grams of cocoa
  • 130 grams of sugar
  • 350 milliliters of milk
  • 40 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of candied fruits
  • rum
If you like you can add to the composition above: walnuts, nuts, coconut.




Crush the biscuits in medium pieces and add the candied fruits.


In a bowl mix the milk with the sugar, and put it at slow fire for 1 minute.
Add the butter and let it melt, mixing slowly.


 Add the cocoa, and the rum and stir with a spoon until well mixed.


Pour the composition over the biscuits.


Stir with a spoon until they are evenly mixed.


 Add the composition in a middle of a plastic foil and roll.



Put it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
