Boiled pretzels - recipe (including photos)

  • 300 grams of flour
  • 200 milliliters of warm milk
  • 1 packet of dried yeast
  • 4 spoons of sunflower oil
  • 4 spoons of sugar
  • salt

Put the flour in a bowl. Make a hole in the middle of the flour and add the yeast, the warm milk, the sugar, the salt and the oil and mix them.

Divide the dough in 7-8 parts and make pretzels.

In a pan melt 2 spoons of sugar.

Add the water and let it boil.
When the water is boiling add the pretzels one by one.

When the pretzel floats in the water that means it's done and it's ready to be put in the oven.

Bake the pretzels in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 20 - 30 minutes or until brown.
